Victoria is responsible for the operational management of WISERD as whole. This includes management and oversight of WISERD's infrastructural and administrative functions. Victoria also has particular responsibility for coordination of WISERD's knowledge exchange, engagement and capacity building programmes.

As well as her role in WISERD, Victoria is also involved in the Administrative Data Research Centre Wales and the All Wales Social Care Collaboration project.

Victoria has worked in a number of senior management roles within the higher education sector previously. These include roles in the Higher Education Academy, Warwick University and the University of Essex.

In her spare time, Victoria is a keen amateur photographer and car enthusiast.

Poverty and the rise of food banks in Wales were the focus of research shared at WISERD’s latest civil society seminar, held at Cardiff last night. PhD student, David Beck and Dr Hefin Gwilym from Bangor University’s School of Social Sciences presented findings from their research exploring the experience of food poverty in Wales.
