By Road - 

The Millennium Stadium can be accessed by car by Gate 4 on Westgate Street in Cardiff's City Centre. Leave the M4 at J28 from the east, J32 from the north and J33 from the west, and follow signs to Cardiff City Centre.

Millennium Stadium is situated within five minutes walk of Cardiff Central Railway Station. Please refer to the National Rail Enquiries web site for train times and route options.

Also adjacent to the Railway Station is the Taxi Rank.

PhD student, David Beck and Dr Hefin Gwilym from Bangor University’s School of Social Sciences presented findings from their research exploring the experience of food poverty in Wales.
