While collaborative governance fosters inclusive decision-making and engagement, challenges remain in ensuring that insights from citizen and civil society involvement directly inform policy development. This project examines how existing governance structures, policy networks, and deliberative forums can be better designed and integrated to create a more responsive policy-making environment. The aim is to translate learning around good practices in rural and innovative collaborative governance to more clearly inform policy-making within Wales.
