Lelia provides professional administrative support, advice, and guidance with on all administrative functions with a particular emphasis on supporting the financial administration of the institute, taking the responsibility of day-to-day management and oversight of project budgets.
Before joining Cardiff University, Lelia held a number of management roles being responsible of driving sales, enforcing company policies, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing financial aspects such as daily revenue and salaries and for several years they have combined with a marketing role, working on publications, marketing campaigns, digital content and branding projects.
Lelia holds a Sociology and Psychology Degree and a Master’s in Organizational Management and Human Resources from the University of Bucharest.
Outside of WISERD, Lelia loves dancing, reading, hiking and traveling.
