participating in ESF funded projects
Methodology – telephone survey of people who were
identified as having left an ESF project during 2009.
– Details of 10,201 learners provided by WEFO
– P2 and P3 projects only – and partial coverage
Wave 1 conducted 17th Feb to 31st March 2010
– Interviews achieved with 4,066 participants (19 mins)
– 54% response rate among those where contact was achieved
– 3,816 (94%) agreed to follow-up
Wave 2 conducted 5th August to 9th September
– Interviews achieved with 2,542 participants (10 mins)
– 71% response rate
