Professor Charles Sabel is WISERD ESRC Civil Society Centre International visitor for 2022. At this event he will be talking about his new book co-authored with David G. Victor that applies ideas from experimentalist governance (XG) to climate change. Following the presentation there will be a question and answer session for audience members.
Charles Sabel is a professor of law and social science at Columbia Law School. His research has developed pragmatist ideas into a general conception of democratic experimentalism, with particular attention to regulation, the provision of complex social services, and contracting under uncertainty.
