In this talk, Dr Kamruzzaman would offer his personal reflections on civil society’s role in supporting the vulnerable Rohingyas and exploring possible ways forward in resolving the crisis. Drawing on his experience of working on the Rohingya crisis, he would assess whether different civil society actors are merely playing a service delivery role or there are spaces to do more in ensuring justice for this oppressed and persecuted people.
