This seminar will discuss the impact of Covid-19 on financial security in Scotland, drawing on a major project IPPR are leading with the Standard Life Foundation exploring financial security in Scotland and developing policy solutions to build greater security for low- and middle-income families. We look at levels of financial security coming into the crisis, how different groups of people have been impacted so far using early data, and make recommendations that can support income security, lower costs, and boost financial resilience.
