Following the announcement of the date of the General Election this summer, the Civil Service, Non-Departmental Public Bodies (NDPBs) and other arm’s’ length bodies entered a pre-election period. This has placed constraints on some activities of representatives of the Equality and Human Rights Commission and so we are sorry to say that our second keynote speaker Helen Mary Jones is unable to present.
