Commencing in January 2020, WISERD is part of an ESRC funded collaboration called the Productivity Outcomes of Workplace Practice, Engagement and Learning (PrOPEL) Hub.

Led by Strathclyde University, PrOPEL Hub brings together five recently funded ESRC investments working in the area of productivity.  The aim of PrOPEL Hub is to help boost productivity and wellbeing at work through supporting the growth of better workplaces in the UK.

It involves partners from universities across the UK and the CIPD. Through fostering collaboration between the different partners, dissemination of research findings and running events that are targeted at business, the hub aims to explore how best to transform productivity through management practice and employee engagement. It aims to provide practical lessons, ideas and tool-kits for businesses to draw upon, all informed by the very latest evidence and research.
