They teach creative writing to undergraduates on the BA English and Creative Writing programme and postgraduates on the MPhil in Writing. They have also supervised students who have achieved PhDs.
They are interested in narrative, the essay form, creative non fiction and writing for the media.
Their current research interests are focused on creativity, specifically creative writing and well-being and aiding language acquisition for forced migrants. Please see the link below for details.
