Dr Moles is interviewed as part of the Emotional Geographies Conference at the University of Groningen, The Netherlands.
The International and Interdisciplinary Conference on Emotional Geographies took place on 1st – 3rd July 2013 at the University of Groningen, The Netherlands. The event is the fourth is a series that provides a forum for a range of people from different disciplinary backgrounds as well as societal partners and artists to creatively explore the role of emotion in thinking about and experiencing space and society.

Sounding the Way: Audio Walking in Cardiff’s Urban Neighbourhoods aimed to create a series of community audio walks around Grangetown, one of Cardiff’s inner-city neighbourhoods. The objectives of this project were:
- To engage and work with young people to produce of a series of audio walks around their neighbourhood that pivot around temporality and spatiality
- To create a community resource of audio walks and associated maps, which will be widely available, at no cost to the user, through community websites
- To establish a set of teaching materials and pedagogical resources that can be used by students to help develop non-visual ways experiencing and recording city spaces.
