The initial findings of a research project undertaken by WISERD, the Wales Co-operative Centre and the WCVA.

The primary focus of the work is to develop sources of information and guidance to secure more meaningful engagement and involvement with social enterprise, co-operative, user-led and the third sector organisations in the implementation of Social Services and Wellbeing Act (SSWBA), through the Regional Partnership Boards (RPBs) and Regional Social Value Forums (SVFs). Referred to as social value organisations, social enterprises, co-operatives, user-led and third sector organisations are seen as a crucial partner to support the implementation of the SSWBA and as driver to promote innovation and new delivery models to meet the care and support needs of the population of Wales.
