Leading-up to Britain’s EU membership referendum on the 23rd of June, WISERD is running a study of the attitudes, preferences and engagement throughout the referendum campaign of today’s young people.

The study ‘Should we stay or should we go: Young People and the EU Referendum‘ will include several surveys of young people throughout the UK asking about their views on voting, their preference for and trust in the leave and remain campaigns, and the role of social media in their decision and engagement.

The study, led by Dr Sioned Pearce and Dr Stuart Fox, will offer a distinctive insight into the engagement and preferences of the most pro-EU generation ever to have entered the British electorate, as the country makes a once-in-a-lifetime decision about continued membership of the organisation.
